How to create an account?
For PC, click “My Account” on the top on any page。Enter your name, age group, and gender, a password that contains at least 6 alphanumeric characters, along with a valid email address to receive our latest news for registration. You will then receive an email with an activation link, click on it to complete the process for creating your account.

 
What happens if I forget my password?
Don’t worry, just click “forgotten your password?” on the login page , enter the email address you used for registration and click submit. An email will be sent to you containing a password reset link

How can I know what stores are in Hkshopu?
hkshopu will keep collecting more different types of shops that can satisfy all your shopping desires. To view the complete list of our stores, click the "sitemap" button in home page navigation bar.


How to place order?
Simply add to the shopping cart any items you like to buy. When you are ready to check out, click the “Shopping Cart” icon on the top right of the page to check out your shopping cart. When you hit the “Proceed to Payment” button, you will prompted to login your account if you have not done so. You will need to fill in your order details, including your delivery address, confirm or change the delivery time, your payment method, your billing address/ By hitting the “Go Payment” button you will be brought to Payment Service page to process your online payment. You are prompted to enter your credit card number, the expiry date, cardholder’s name and the security code on the page to process your payment request. Do not exit the page nor hit the back button to return to previous page when it is processing the payment, otherwise the order cannot be completed. When payment is successful, you will receive a confirmation email on the order.


Can I still shop at hkshopu if I reside outside of Hong Kong S.A.R?
We regret that hkshopu only accepts orders for delivery to a Hong Kong address at this time. Please check back with us later as we may expand to other regions in the future.


Do I have to become a member to shop at hkshopu?
No。 You can make a order with guest and also registration is free, fast and simple.


Payment

 
What is credit card security code?

Credit card security code is the set of digits printed on the back of your VISA and Master card, it is a set of 3 or 4 digits other than the credit card number.


My computer crashed while processing the payment, how will I know if the payment went through successfully?
Successful transactions will receive a confirmation email. Please check your email account's spam or junk folder to ensure the message was not filtered. However if you have not received the email, it means the payment did not go through. Alternatively, contact our customer service by email us to cs@phhilllll2.ececshop.com.


What currency is listed?
The price is listed in Hong Kong Dollar on Hkshopu.


Delivery

 
What if I am not home when my package arrives?

If you are not available to sign off your order, our delivery staff shall leave you a contact card. Please contact our delivery staff to arrange redelivery. If we cannot deliver the package or contact you after 3 attempts, we will not arrange delivery again and will not refund.


What to do when the product is lost or damaged during delivery?
If you did not receive your order or the products are found damaged when received, please contact us by email us to cs@phhilllll2.ececshop.com to report the case and we will process your case and update you the status as soon as possible.


My orders have not yet to arrive, what should I do?
You can check your order delivery status anytime at your convenience by accessing “My Orders”. Please log in to your account, and then click on “Orders” inside the “My Account” Icon to check your order details and delivery status.
You can also contact our customer service department via live chat or email us to cs@phhilllll2.ececshop.com.hk. In rare case, when a product you ordered is out of stock, we shall notify you by email and arrange refund to your credit card account within 10 working days.

 

Delivery Time
Hkshopu will try to ensure that the online shops will send the goods not later than 7-14 days.

 

Returns

 

10-days Goods Returns
After making a purchase, if you want to request a refund and/or to return a product because you find the product unfitting to your needs (or for another reason), please contact the phhilllll2.ececshop.com by email for exchange and indicate in the subject “Application for Refund” provide information or contact the relevant online shop by using PM system in hkshop.com and provide information. If the product was damaged in transit, please take a photo and send it to phhilllll2.ececshop.com or the relevant shop. Please note that for any return, you need to assume the cost of the return shipping fees if the reason for the return was not product error (damage, defect, etc.), because the shipping fee will be deducted from your refund

Your interest is protected by our “10-days guaranteed return policy”, we accept products sold by phhilllll2.ececshop.com with not more than 10 days of receipt (based on the delivery record). Please contact us for returning information and kindly visit “Refund policy” section for more details.


Non-returnable items
We're sorry, but we DO NOT ACCEPT returns of certain products, including:

  • Any product that is returned more than 10 days after receipt.
  • Any product that has been opened or used (taken out of its plastic wrap or box).
  • Any product that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts. (Except for transport damage)
  • Any discount, clearance or sales product that has been already stated non-returnable.
  • Any free gift product and samples.
  • In the event of dispute, phhilllll2.ececshop.com's decision shall be final and conclusive.

 

Exchange policy
if the reason for the return was product error (damage, defect, etc.), we do offer exchanges only if you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product. We will contact the relevant online shop to arrange to re-send the product in the same form of shipping method originally used for purchase without extra delivery charge. If you have returned a damaged, defective, or incorrect product to us, the return shipping fee will also be refunded to you.

Only in case the product was sold out, we'll refund the value of product in the same form of payment originally used for purchase.

 

Refund policy
Please note that before providing a refund for any returned product we will first verify its condition. All Non-returnable items will neither receive refund nor return to you.

We regret that we do not refund original shipping and handling fees with the return. We can only refund the total value of products. And if your order was placed with a promotion code or free gift, you must return them together in order to have the refund. Otherwise, original price of the product will be deducted from the refund.

 

Return procedures
1.If you wish phhilllll2.ececshop.com to assist in handling the store sink refunds related matters returned or returned, you can pack and send your return to us in just a few simple steps:          

  1. Please contact the phhilllll2.ececshop.com by email for exchange and indicate in the subject “Application for Refund” provide information.
  2. Provide us with your Order Number and indicate returned products and the reason for your return in the input box area in the email.
  3. Pack the returned products along with our acknowledgement email securely in a box that we can expedite your request.
  4. Send the returning items by mail to: Hong Kong Shopu Collection Network Company Limited, Unit 903, Prosperity Place, 6 Shing Yip Street, Kwun Tong, Kowloon, Hong Kong.
  5. All return shipping fee must be prepaid. We cannot accept COD returns.


2.If you contact with relevant online shop to handle related matters returned or returned refunds, please pack and send your return to the relevant online shop according to the negotiation content.

 

Undeliverable orders
Occasionally orders are returned to us as incorrect address, a PO Box and hotel address, failed delivery attempts, refuse to pay tax/ refuse to provide ID copy/ unable to make import declarations or parcel refused by recipient.

When the delivery agent returns an undeliverable package to us, we issue a refund by deducting the original shipping fee, handling fee and 15% of the value of products as re-stocking fee. (In Hong Kong, for the return of undeliverable, re-stocking fee of HK$25 will be deducted from your refund.)

We can re-ship orders that are returned to us as undeliverable or unclaimed. However, customers will be charged HK$25* for resend shipping fee per parcel.
